A little bit about me…

Jenny Sword.jpg

It all started when I was born in Virginia… then the story moved to England… then back to Virginia… then to Ohio… then to Pittsburgh, PA. In April 2022, I earned my BFA in Acing from Point Park Conservatory with a minor in Mass Communications. After graduation, I joined Milwaukee Rep as part of their Emerging Professional Residency program. Shakespearean and classical works are one of my biggest passions. I hope to one day return to England, and earn my Masters in Shakespearean Pedagogy. I even offer Shakespeare workshops! Check out my “Workshops” page for more information.

I have been heavily involved in leadership positions throughout my life including: PPU Secretary of COPA Theatre Club (2 years), PPU Honors Program mentor (3 years) and previous Honors Secretary (2 years), WPPJ radio host of Discover Disney (yes, I am obsessed), and President of both the Drama Club and Choral Program at Hudson High School.

If you know me, you know I am a foodie who loves a great adventure! I breathe art, music and random Disney trivia. I survive the day with a cup of caramel coffee in one hand and a smile on my face. I am happiest when reading a Agatha Christie novel in a park on a bright, sunny day.

When I am not onstage, I am usually training for a half marathon, bullet journaling, crafting, baking, reading mystery novels or playing video games. I love to laugh, have fun and goof around! I’m a simple gal - my favorite movie is Treasure Planet, my favorite band is The Goo Goo Dolls and eggs are best when poached.

I currently reside in downtown Chicago. If you want to find out more about me, feel free to contact me!

One of my first appearances on stage as Tinker Bell in Peter Pan! Younger Jenny would be very proud of the journey so far.

Just look at the attitude!
